hullabalooThe Social Robot is proud to announce the official launch of its sister site, Hullabaloo, a resource for writers. Started in late 2012 by TSR creators Kelsey Jones and Bethaney Wallace, Hullabaloo is a website where fellow writers can connect, ask opinions, gain advice, or even find guest writers.

After noticing a serious lack of similar outlets, TSR got to work and started building Hullabaloo based on features that would help writers most. This includes an open topic area for members to start discussions, share their latest works, ask for advice, etc. Hullabaloo members can also follow a weekly blog dedicated to sharing writing and content marketing advice. Currently Hullabaloo features an ongoing grammar series called Grammar Matters, and regular posts on how social media can boost content, as well as tips on how to do so. (Guest writers are also encouraged to submit ideas.)

What’s the Difference?

One of the main points behind Hullabaloo is to create a platform that doesn’t introduce spam or shady writing practices. We know what it’s like to be ignored or to receive a late post, and we want to eliminate those factors. By treating our fellow writers with respect, we can work to create a better home for the writing community.
